Professional Summary
I am an ambitious, meticulous and personable film director, driven by a passion for film and a desire to tell stories. I bring a huge amounts of energy and enthusiasm to projects and pride myself on my ability to raise the moral of a group. I communicate well and bring cohesion to a team. I encourage crew to take pride in their roles, trust them to offer their best work and to both fulfil and comment on the creative vision. Also, due to having a background in acting, I have a huge amount of respect for actors and enjoy exploring characters with them to see what they bring to the part. I am interested in creating performance driven work and working on pieces that explore human relationships, our animalistic psyche, mental health and gender identity. I aim to make social comments that leave the audience thinking. My visual style is subtle. I believe in true, un-stylised, untampered with, hyper realistic story telling .

Interests
When I was younger I participated in just about everything I could cram into the time I had around school. Acting, Dancing, Singing, Kickboxing, Photography, Guitar, Gymnastics and so on. Subsequently I became a very confident learner, unafraid of making mistakes and learning from them, which is something I got faster and faster at doing until often in school reports teachers would credit me for being "like a sponge, able to just soak everything up". I am also a very confident person, able to communicate with intent and to express myself clearly. This was something I rehearsed through my role as a Kickboxing Instructor and Singing teacher assistant. In school itself, Art (Specifically pencil drawing) and Drama were what I excelled at and held the most love for. Consequently I went to Arts Educational Sixth Form to study Drama, English and Media (Where I fell head over heels in love with filmmaking.) I also discovered a passion for yoga, directing and physical theatre there. In my spare time I enjoy going to the theatre and cinema, planning my own film/ theatre projects and offering child care.
